I work regularly with Help Musicians UK as a Mentor on their artist award programme as well as collaborating with the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine.
I’m a certified “Big Leap” life coach with the Hendricks Institute as well as having studied various other styles and methods of life coaching over the past decade. have over 15 years coaching expertise both as a manager with leadership responsibilities within companies and have been a Mentor for BLOOM Network for women in communications.
I’m a qualified sound therapist with the British Academy of Sound Therapy and have expertise in utilising sound for deep inner work, relaxation as well as facilitating group workshops based around creative expansion and self reflection.
On top of all this I have worked in the music industry for over 25 years and am still a relevant professional as an independent music supervisor.
