What you get with me is so much more than the expertise I have to offer as a coach. I love what I do, but it's the culmination of my life's work that makes my perspective, unique methodology and what that means to my clients really deliver the "aha" moments and meaningful change for those bold enough to step into the "more" they're capable of manifesting. 

I started on this path through my own excavation of personal growth, discovery and development. I have dedicated  my life to pursuing being my best self and living my best life, without the caveat of perfection or that life has any real destinations outside of the journey. As an artist, I bring a unique lens to the work that I do. My first foray into the power of communication and authentic expression was through music. Playing instruments, singing & songwriting provided the canvas, the storytelling and expression of which was what inspired me to share that with the world. The ability to connect with people in such a meaningful, transformative, supportive and profound way is a huge part of the magic of being a performing / recording artist to me. 

I followed the calling of my passion for music and creativity down the path into so many veins of the music industry, I've covered most ground in that arena, including starting up a publishing business before I hit 30. My greatest successes and joys in every area I dedicated time and talent to always shone the brightest when it came to true connection & meaningful relationships. I've always cared immensely about that life line and the ecosystem that stepping into and embodying full integrity creates.

As I'd done a lot of my own work with various experts from therapists, coaches, mentors, spiritual practitioners I started to want to expand my own offering to those ready to have support with leaning into their own magic. I studied life coaching, got a diploma in sound therapy and cemented a number of totally unique frameworks that I created for myself because, in spite of all of that exploration; simple, effective and creative / flexible frameworks weren't something any of the wonderful teachers I had were able to nail down for me in a way that changed my day to day that allowed real metamorphosis moving into the future. And so now... I bring those tools, insights & frameworks to you!

Whether it's 1:1 coaching, workshops on specific topics & tools, corporate training and mentorship, my approach is the same: empowerment, embodiment, authenticity, simplicity, creativity and autonomy.
